All products are selected fresh and seasonal (including vegetables, fruits but also fish) and many of them are also selected from local producers (such as snails of Dienay ...).
At Christian Quenel, everything is homemade (except the bread that is made by the baker)! Starters, dishes and desserts, each plate passes through the expert hands of Christian Quenel, who also attended pastry at Lenôtre.
